Cancellation Policy

We honor each activity provider’s cancellation policy. Most require a 21 day notice to receive a refund, but some require longer. Each activity page on our site lists that particular cancellation policy. The policy for each activity is also on your e-ticket. We charge a 7.5% cancellation fee for any cancellation made within the policy. This fee covers credit card fees and booking costs. If the provider cancels due to weather you will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellation made not within the policy cancellation period is considered a NO SHOW and no refund is given. Again, this is usually cancellations made less than 21 days before the activity.

Shipping Policy

Your Itinerary for your expedition will be sent in detail with Confirmation Number, Itinerary details, Tour Operator, Airport pick up location, phone numbers for respective Travel Guide and Transportation via the email address you provide.  We will send information three (3) times; first on initial reservation; second three weeks prior; and lastly one week prior to departure. Exchange / Refund Policy

If the provider cancels due to weather you will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellation made not within the policy cancellation period is considered a NO SHOW and no refund is given. Again, this is usually cancellations made less than 21 days before the activity. BookChina.com will allow for minimal itinerary changes at no additional cost. These changes are at the discretion of BookChina.com management.
